30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@thesolena.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Unless your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

unused and in their original condition, and

returned in their original packaging (where possible).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive your return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at contact@thesolena.com within a reasonable time with photos and your order number.
If the problem is confirmed, we will either resend the product or issue a refund. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs where a return is required.
