Where it started
It started with a broken clip.
The ninth one that year. Lena had thick, frizzy, in-between hair and a drawer full of accessories that were never designed for it.
As a product designer, she kept hearing the same thing from the women around her. Nurses, students, young moms. Different textures, same fight.
The decision
It started with hair. It didn't stop there.
Lena designed her own tools: softer materials, gentler holds and pieces made to last. And the same questions kept coming back about the rest of the routine: skin, body, self-care.
So Solena grew into what it is today: beauty tools designed around real women's bodies, not the other way around.
